GGSM: 1992

Cal State Fullerton: 1/1/92-10/17/92

After a brief break while the Cal State Long Beach program ended, Cal State Fullerton had to return to wearing the Golden Gopher Shame Mask in 1992. They started the season with a win over non-Div. IA Cal State Northridge, and then lost to UCLA, Georgia, Cal State Sacramento, and San Jose State. Then they beat Louisiana-Lafayette 14-10. Even though they went on to lose their next and final 4 games, this win did allow them to rid themselves of any shame masks when they cancelled the program at the end of the season.

Louisiana-Lafayette: 10/17/92-end of the season

La-Lafayette finished out their 2-9 season with losses to Auburn, Tulsa, Northern Illinois, and Arkansas State, who happened to be wearing Shame Mask II at the time.
