Boise State 40, GGSM{New Mexico State} 28

Yet another crazy night for the Aggies. After falling down 21-0 in first quarter, New Mexico State, a team that really likes the forward pass, had to step it up a notch. The nation's leading passer Chase Holbrook was 49-65 for 526 more yards, with 2 TDs and 2 INTs. However, it's really tough to win a game when on your 20 rushing attempts, you only gain 8 yards. Undoubtably this included a few sacks because of the 20 runs, 8 of them were by Holbrook resulting in -12 yards, but he did run for a touchdown. On the other hand, Boise State remainded undefeated with a more balanced attack, running for 255 yards--including 192 for Ian Johnson to go along with his 4 TDs--and passing for 215 yards with Jared Zabranski throwing for 2 TDs.

Up next for New Mexico State, 4-2 Hawai`i.
